THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF BLAZORBLUEPRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

FOR PAID SOFTWARE: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
FOR FREE SOFTWARE: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE ZERO (£0.00).

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY."

9. Risk Assumption and Release

BY USING OUR SOFTWARE (FREE OR PAID), YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND AGREE THAT:

a) You understand that software may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
b) You accept full responsibility for any consequences of using our software
c) You will not hold BlazorBlueprint liable for any damages whatsoever
d) You release BlazorBlueprint from any and all claims related to software use
e) You understand that no software is 100% secure or error-free
f) You are solely responsible for backing up your data and systems
g) You will test software thoroughly before using in production environments

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlazorBlueprint and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

a) Your use of our software or services
b) Your violation of these Terms
c) Your violation of any rights of another party
d) Any security breach or data loss involving our software
e) Any third-party claims related to your use of our software"
